      Begründung des Zuschlagentscheides: Die Angebote wurden entsprechend den in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen bekannt gegebenen Kriterien beurteilt. Das Angebot der H2U aqua.plan.Ing-GmbH hat bei der Bewertung der Zuschlagskriterien mit 391 von 500 möglichen Punkten die höchste Punktzahl erreicht. Ausschlaggebend waren die Kriterien „Qualität des Angebots“ und „Qualifikation des Schlüsselpersonals" sowie die hohe Vorortpräsenz. Entsprechend ist das Angebot der H2U aqua.plan.Ing-GmbH das wirtschaftlich günstigste Angebot.

      Rechtsmittelbelehrung: Gegen diese Verfügung kann innert 10 Tagen seit Eröffnung beim Verwaltungsgericht des Kantons Thurgau, an der Frauenfelderstrasse 16, 8570 Weinfelden, schriftlich Beschwerde erhoben werden. Die Beschwerde muss einen Antrag, eine Darstellung des Sachverhaltes sowie eine Begründung enthalten. Diese Verfügung ist beizulegen. Es gelten keine Gerichtsferien.
