         Rechtsmittelbelehrung: Soweit es sich nicht aus dieser Publikation ergibt, können die Beteiligten innerhalb von fünf Tagen, von der Veröffentlichung im Kantonsblatt Basel-Stadt an gerechnet, verlangen, dass ihnen durch einen weiteren Entscheid eröffnet wird, aus welchen wesentlichen Gründen ihr Angebot nicht berücksichtigt wurde und worin die ausschlaggebenden Merkmale und Vorteile des berücksichtigten Angebotes liegen. Das Begehren ist schriftlich an die Industriellen Werke Basel IWB, Einkauf, Margarethenstraße 40, 4002 Basel zu richten. Rekurse sind innerhalb von 10 Tagen, von der Veröffentlichung im Kantonsblatt Basel-Stadt oder von der Zustellung der ergänzenden Begründung an gerechnet, an das Verwaltungsgericht Basel-Stadt, Bäumleingasse 1, 4051 Basel zu richten. Die Rekursschrift muss einen Antrag und dessen Begründung enthalten. Die angefochtene Verfügung ist beizulegen. Die angerufenen Beweismittel sind genau zu bezeichnen und soweit möglich beizulegen.
