      Raisons de la décision d"adjudication: la suite de l"évaluation des offres reçues, tous les soumissionnaires ont été jugés aptes et économiquement efficaces. Selon les critères d"attribution, le soumissionnaire retenu a obtenu la note la plus élevée de tous les soumissionnaires. Son offre est donc dans son ensemble la plus économique. L"offre de l"adjudicataire se caractérise par un programme de construction structuré de manière logique, des jalons clairement définis pour les métiers auxiliaires et une organisation claire du projet.
